The New Britain Housing Authority offers affordable housing for families at it's Mount Pleasant and Oval Grove developments. Both high rise and one level housing units are available for those able to live independently, but seeking a community of neighbors and friends. Each development includes community room space for educational, recreational and social gatherings, as well as special events and activities.
