At the New Britain Housing Authority we are committed to providing safe, affordable, quality housing to low-income families. Our commitment does not stop at providing those we serve with affordable rental housing but continues with our efforts to assist them in finding social and community services that will help them to reach their full potential through our Family Self-Sufficiency and ROSS Programs. We recognize that each individual and family has their own definition of success. Whether it is to further their education, obtain employment or own a home – my staff and I work hard daily to support our residents in the pursuit of their goals.

We value our residents, property owners, partners, community members and team members. As an agency, we know that it will take all parties working together to successfully build stronger communities and provide exceptional services to our residents.
